How do I start?
Send us your destination, dates and budget on WhatsApp or through the contact page. We reply with the next steps and a written quote before any payment.
How does consultation work?
We discuss your study, work or travel goals and explain the documents and steps involved. Consultation fees are confirmed when you contact us.
Do you help with visas?
Yes. We prepare document checklists and review applications. Visa decisions and processing times are made only by embassies and immigration authorities, so approval is never guaranteed.
Can you arrange flights and hotels?
Yes. We compare options and coordinate bookings. Fares and availability are confirmed at the time of booking.
Can I customise a package?
Yes. Trips can be adjusted for families, couples, groups and business travel, subject to availability.
How do I pay? Can I pay in instalments?
Payment methods, deposits and balance dates are set out in your written quote. Only pay through Dcosta Travels Services official channels, never to an individual.
What are the cancellation and refund rules?
These depend on your booking and on airline, hotel and other supplier rules. Your written booking agreement confirms them before payment.
How early should I start?
Allow several weeks for a simple trip and longer for study admissions, work permits, visa applications or peak-season travel.
What if my visa is refused?
No visa outcome can be guaranteed. Your booking terms set out which costs, if any, are refundable. Avoid non-refundable bookings until you understand those terms.
